Ranch plans are one-story plans that may or may not have a basement. In general, all of the living areas are situated on one level including kitchen and dining area, living or family room and sleeping quarters along with baths. Some versions of ranch house plans may include rooms or spaces that are a step or two higher or lower than others. Other variations are Atrium Ranch plans and Split Foyer plans. Ranch home designs vary in size from very small and simple to larger meandering floor plans. The term Ranch broadly defines the nature of a home plan. Within Ranch plans, there can be a number of different architectural styles such as country, contemporary, traditional and many more. This allows us to provide a variety of single-story homes with a number of different looks that appeal to one's individual tastes.
